EdgeFlo
Co.Founder is an AI-powered client management platform for automotive trades, built to answer calls, book jobs, and nurture leads while shop owners stay focused on the work.
The platform handles inbound calls, text follow-ups, lead scoring, and automated scheduling inside one intelligent dashboard, replacing the missed calls and forgotten follow-ups that cost most shops thousands in lost revenue each month.
The Challenge
Co.Founder is an AI client management platform for automotive trades: detailers, wrap shops, PPF installers, and tint businesses. It handles calls, texts, scheduling, lead scoring, and follow-ups. The site needed to sell a sophisticated AI system to shop owners who care about full calendars, not software features.
What I Did
Information Architecture: Single scrolling narrative mirroring the customer lifecycle: attract leads, handle calls, nurture clients, book jobs. Each section earns the next scroll.
Visual Direction: Deep blue-to-black gradients with glassmorphism cards, anchored by cinematic desert photography. The orb motif personifies the AI without making it feel robotic. Accent colors (green, purple, red) are functional, pulled from dashboard UI conventions.
Copy & Messaging: Led with a pain-point question ("Still managing clients while working on cars?") instead of a feature list. Every section header speaks to outcomes: "Calming the noise," "For those who never stop."
Product Storytelling: The call handling section breaks AI logic into four visible steps (Understand, Mirror, Direct, Resolve), demystifying how the AI works without requiring technical literacy.
Key Decisions
Pain before product. The hero doesn't mention AI or features. It asks if you're still juggling client communication while working. The product enters only after the problem is felt.
Show the dashboard, not the promise. Lead tables with quality scores, calendar views with dollar values, and real text conversations all function as proof. Every screenshot is specific enough to feel real: "Sam Arten, 2023 Porsche 911, 10/10, $320."
Before/after as interactive proof. Hard metrics (inconsistent booking rate, 3-24h response time, 27% follow-up rate) frame the status quo, then invite the visitor to toggle and see the difference.

Reflection
The biggest challenge was making an AI product feel trustworthy to people who sell hands-on craftsmanship. Shop owners don't care about machine learning. They want their phone answered and their calendar full. Every decision worked backward from that: show the booked appointment, the scored lead, the handled objection, and let the technology stay invisible.
